In principle, it is the creditor who must request the cancellation of the claim.
As a debtor, even if you have repaid the debt in the meantime, you cannot obtain a write-off without the creditor.
So you’ll need to apply to the Court to have each lawsuit annulled, with the necessary references, while explaining and proving how the debt has been repaid.
This will also involve paying an advance to the Court, which will then issue a judgment that you can pass on to the debt collection office.
Another possibility, in some cases, is to request non-disclosure of the lawsuit.
