If you are the victim of a criminal offence and wish to lodge a criminal complaint against the perpetrator, you can either go to the police station to lodge your complaint, or write directly to the Public Prosecutor’s Office (where the public prosecutors are located).
To facilitate the processing of your complaint and ensure that the investigation proceeds as quickly as possible, we recommend that you provide us with all the information in your possession.
Be careful, however, not to make false accusations, as you could be charged with a criminal offence.
